Teaching Personnel are an education based recruitment agency who can place teachers into short and long term temporary roles within Primary mainstream schools across the Lancashire area. Currently there is an influx of schools within the Chorley area which are ‘using’ Teaching Personnel in order to cover staff absence and sickness, and so it is important that the agency have a number of experienced and committed teachers who can pick up the phone and go into these schools and maintain standards in the classroom.

It is important that the applying candidates have qualified teacher status; experience across a number of year groups and the ability to plan and deliver high quality lesson content. Over the past years, Teaching Personnel have built strong working relationships with schools based on the above so it is important that we uphold this.
