Job description

EYFS Teacher

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring, and inspirational EYFS Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive school community.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who understands the importance of early childhood development and is committed to providing outstanding learning experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.

The successful candidate will create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children feel valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their full potential.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has experience or a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and high expectations for all learners
  • Is creative, energetic, and passionate about early years education
  • Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
  • Has strong communication and organisational skills
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

The role includes:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning opportunities
  • Supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic development
  • Creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
  • Monitoring and assessing pupil progress effectively
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and families to support children’s development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
