Job Title: Primary Teacher (EYFS)
Pay Rate: Main Scale
Start Date: ASAP (Once vetting completed.)

Are you an Early Years Teacher looking for flexible work in the area?
Teaching Personnel have been receiving multiple requests for Early Years cover in the Hornsea area.
As an EYFS Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our early years learners, ensuring their holistic development and laying a strong foundation for their educational journey. You will utilise your expertise and passion for early childhood education to inspire and engage our young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and developmentally appropriate lessons that cater to the unique needs of early years students
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn
- Support children's social, emotional, and academic growth through well-designed activities and play-based learning
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to establish strong home-school partnerships and ensure a consistent approach to children's development
- Assess and monitor individual student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies for improvement We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or a related field, with a deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Previous experience working in an EYFS setting, demonstrating a genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Creativity and adaptability to create a stimulating and dynamic learning environment
- Commitment to the welfare and well-being of children, promoting their individuality and encouraging a love for learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
