Job description

We are supporting schools in the Worcester area who are looking for passionate educators to support the growth and development of children in EYFS [Early Years Foundation Stage.] This is a great opportunity for you to immerse yourself in the development of children in their pivotal years, bringing your passion and enthusiasm.
What the role entails – does this sound like you:
- Passion and drive to work with young children and a positive role model
- Great interpersonal skills and an ability to form positive relationships – collaborating with others
- Understanding of child development and safeguarding and the relevant laws and procedures behind this – ensuring you are always acting in the Child’s best interests
- Manage children’s progress in terms of assessment and learning
- Maintaining a safe environment for children and support them with their personal care needs as appropriate
Some requirements include but are not limited to:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) or working towards this
- Paediatric First Aid certificate.
- Experience working in an EYFS or nursery setting.
- Knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
