Support the delivery of activities, both structured and play-based, to engage children and promote their development

A patient, empathetic, and caring approach to working with young children
-
A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and the developmental needs of young children
-
Confidence in supporting children with additional learning or emotional needs
-
A proactive team player who is willing to adapt and work flexibly
-
A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent) is desirable, though not essential
What the School Offers:
-
A warm and supportive school community with a focus on inclusion and wellbeing
-
A collaborative working environment with strong leadership and supportive colleagues
-
A chance to make a real difference to children’s learning and development at an early stage
-
Professional development opportunities and ongoing support
