Job description

EYFS SEN Teacher – Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and nurturing EYFS SEN Teacher to join a specialist education setting on a temp-to-perm basis through Teaching Personnel. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher who is committed to supporting young learners with additional needs in a highly supportive and child-centred environment.

The role:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday
  • Temp-to-perm opportunity
  • Working within an EYFS specialist setting
  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
  • Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs including autism, communication and sensory needs
  • Creating a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment
  • Working closely with support staff, therapists and families to support pupil progress

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working within EYFS and SEN settings
  • Strong understanding of autism and complex needs
  • A patient, resilient and nurturing approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
