Teaching Personnel are seeking a recent graduate looking for new opportunities within the Teaching sector to take on a Teaching Assistant role with one of our partner schools in the Bexley area. You will be responsible for providing support across two reception classes.

The successful candidate will have:
* a full and relevant qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 2 in Early Years or above
* A compassionate and understanding personality, with a strong record of engaging positively with children, parents and staff.
* The ability to lead a play session inspiring parents to enhance their child's development.
* Extensive knowledge of young children's development and of the EYFS Framework and support children with additional needs through differentiation of delivery.
* Evidence of outstanding practice and of promoting high standards of learning.

You must also be in possession of a Child Workforce DBS (registered on the Update Service) or willing to apply for one
