Job description

Early Years Practitioner – Penzance, Cornwall

Are you an experienced EYFS practitioner (from a school or PVI setting), or an Early Years ECT looking to build confidence before stepping into a teaching role? A rural primary school near Penzance is developing its Early Years provision and is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic practitioner to join the team from September 2025.

We are inviting you to be part of this exciting transformation. We’re looking for someone who is passionate, proactive, and ready to take initiative.

This role offers:

  • Full-time, temporary to permanent opportunity

  • £95–£105 per day, paid weekly via PAYE

  • Training provided for the right candidate, with a clear route to HLTA

  • A chance to work closely with class teachers, support EYFS learners, and lead small group activities

  • A welcoming rural school setting with strong values and a supportive team

A driving licence is preferred due to limited transport links. This role is offered through Teaching Personnel.

If you're committed to making a difference in Early Years and want to be part of something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
