Job Opportunity: Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant

Location: Bispham Position: Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant Setting: Pre-school at a Primary School Start Date: ASAP Contract: Long-term

Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming pre-school setting within a primary school in Bispham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Early Years to support children in their critical development stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework.

• Assisting children with learning activities, encouraging participation and interaction.

• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children at all times.

• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Supporting children with individual learning needs as required.

Requirements:

• Level 3 EYFS Qualification (or equivalent).

• Experience working in an Early Years setting is essential.

• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive and nurturing approach to supporting children’s learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
