EYFS&KS1 teaching assistant - full time - Hounslow - GBP60 to GBP80 per week

At Teaching Personnel we are currently working closely with a large four form entry school who are looking for a highly experienced EYFS/KS1 teaching assistant to work across both classes. 

The role?

The full time role will involve being split between their EYFS and KS1 classes, being utilised for group work and support including to aid the completion of observations, development reports and conducting group activities. The role will be focused around providing intervention support and guidance to students across both classes. You will be supporting the class teachers, ensuring a high standard of education and care in all areas. 

The school?

This large four form entry school have recently undergone a huge restructuring, seeing the development of the building helping them accomodate to a variety of needs and activities within the school. With their additional special educational needs department they have specialist members of staff supporting students with a variety of abilities including those with high and low functioning autism, SLCN and ADHD. They have an ethos based on creating opportunities for all students, helping them thrive in all areas of their lives - incorporating a close knit home and school life. 

Ideal candidate?

- Experienced working within EYFS/KS1 classes

- CACHE level 2 or 3

- Flexible to work with students of different abilities including those with special educational needs
