Experienced SEN Teacher (Ages 3–18) – Bristol
Location: Bristol, United Kingdom
Full-Time | Long-Term | Immediate or September Start
£140 – £195 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is working with a SEN school in Bristol f that supports pupils aged 3 to 18 with a wide variety of additional learning needs, including complex SEN, behavioural challenges, autism, and SEMH. This is a rewarding opportunity to teach in a setting where your skills, adaptability, and compassion truly matter.
The Role:

Deliver tailored lessons to small groups of learners (typically under 10) across primary and secondary levels

Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of SEN, from early years through post-16

Work closely with Teaching Assistants and multi-disciplinary teams to support individual learning plans

Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

Focus on both academic development and social-emotional growth
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Strong SEN experience across multiple age groups (3–18)

Confident supporting complex needs, including autism, behavioural challenges, and SEMH
-
Excellent classroom management and adaptable teaching style

Resilient, calm, and passionate about inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
