English Tutor (Specialist in ADHD Support, Children)

Role Overview

We're looking for an enthusiastic, patient, and creative English Tutor to deliver one-on-one or small group sessions for children with ADHD. The ideal candidate will adapt lesson plans to the child's needs, maintain clear structure, and spark genuine interest in learning.

 

Requirements

  • Qualified teacher or experienced tutor with knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Experience working with children who have ADHD, or training in SEND/ differentiation strategies.

  • Strong skills in English (reading, writing, comprehension).

  • Excellent communication, empathy, and flexibility.

  • A proactive, creative approach with a willingness to adapt based on each session's dynamics.

  • DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
