English Teacher Required ASAP!

We are currently working alongside a local Southampton further education institute who are currently looking to recruit within their English department for an immediate start date. The role will be a full time role and is suitable to unqualified teachers or fully qualified teachers as the opportunity to gain the qualifications to become a further education trained teacher can be obtained alongside the role.

The role will involve delivering a structured curriculum to students to enable them to further their education, the pupils will have previously not obtained the required grade within English and the role will involve helping the students reach the required standard to obtain their GCSE or Functional skills qualification in English. The role will be perfect for an individual who are interested in teaching within the FE sector.

The applicant would ideally have the following qualifications:

• PGCE in Secondary of FE or a Uk recognised teaching qualification.
• A UK recognised degree, desirably in a related subject.
• Previous experience teaching within the UK would be desirable.
