Salary: £24,420 - £39,300 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience

This role is ideal for candidates with teaching experience who may not hold QTS but have a strong background in English education and a desire to support students with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the individual needs of students

Support learners with a wide range of special educational needs in a nurturing environment

Monitor and assess student progress, adapting lessons accordingly

Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes confidence and resilience

Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure holistic development
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience teaching English, ideally within a SEN or alternative provision setting

Strong subject knowledge and the ability to adapt teaching methods
