Full Time/Permanent

Salary – MPR -UPR 

A successful and innovative Secondary School based in East Grinstead, West Sussex are looking for a suitable English teacher to start in January 2023 on a full time, permanent basis.

The school are looking for a confident English Teacher who can teach KS3 & 4 who will share their passion for English with students across all ages and ability levels. This secondary school’s aim is for every student to grow and succeed so they can reach their full potential.

  • Are a motivated individual with a keen interest in encouraging and inspiring students to love learning
  • Provide High quality teaching across the curriculum
  • Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing of students
  • You are a teacher who is highly motivated in wanting to progress within their career (this would include being able to progress onto teaching Key stage 5)
  • Embrace a modern approach to teaching, such as the use of technology within lessons

The school welcome applications from experienced teachers to ECTs. The school has an outstanding induction programme for new staff looking for career progression.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
