- Full-time, long-term position
- 'Good' Catholic High School
Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of a client school that are in need of an experienced and hard-working English Teacher to start with them after the October half-term. The position is a full-time position, initially until Easter, however for the right candidate; the school will be willing to take them on contract from April 2016.
The school is at the heart of the Catholic Community in Hyndburn and it sees each child as an individual with their own unique set of talents and qualities. It is a smaller than average sized high school that strives for nothing less than excellence in all aspects in a community committed to our faith. The school's performance is above the government's current floor standard and it's aim is for all students to leave as confident, well-mannered, responsible, caring and compassionate young people.
The incoming English Teacher will be expected to effectively deliver to both KS3 & 4 and will be expected to fully integrate into the department and get involved with all aspects of school life. Due to the nature of the school the incoming Teacher must be confident when dealing with a mixture of ability levels and pupils from a wide range of backgrounds. You must also be willing to uphold the Catholic ethos at all times.
I urge all English Teachers interested in this position to please get in touch! Either give me a call on 01772 842 155 or e-mail me; Scott.Wilkinson@teachingpersonnel.com - In addition you can view all our current vacancies and register with ourselves online at http://www.teachingpersonnel.com/register
