English Teacher – Weymouth
Full-Time – Starting Jan 2026
A forward thinking, well-established secondary school in Weymouth are looking for an enthusiastic English Teacher to join their team. This role is Full-Time and will be starting from January 2026
The successful candidate will design and deliver challenging English lessons across Key stages 3 & 4. You will help students build confidence & enjoyment on the subject
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching English in a secondary school
- Be able to demonstrate strong communication and classroom management skills
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a passion for engaging students in their learning
- Bring energy, creativity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality lesson

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
