Job Title: English Teacher
Location: South East England, Hampshire, Totton
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £180 - £232 Per day
Job Description:
As an English Teacher in Totton, South East England, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language education to students. Your primary focus will be on developing students' language skills, literacy, and critical thinking abilities through engaging lessons and activities.
Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver English lessons in accordance with the curriculum
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Level 2 Safeguarding certification
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
- A degree in English or a related field
- Experience in teaching English to diverse student populations
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or English Language Teaching
- Experience with exam preparation and assessment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
