Role: English Teacher/s

Start: January 2023

Contract: Temporary and permanent options available

Hours: Part time and full-time options available

Salary: MPR/UPR

Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a coeducational day and boarding, senior school and sixth form located in South Downs countryside of West Sussex, seeking two teachers of English from January 2023 with the option for a part time or full-time role, as well as temporary and permanent options.  The school was graded ‘GOOD’ with ‘OUTSTANDING’ features during their most recent Ofsted visit, with inspectors commenting that ‘Students make exceptional progress.  They develop social and independent skills as well as academic success’.

The school require two English teachers to commence in January to teach across KS3 and KS4, with potential to teach at KS5 for the right educator. The English department is a forward-thinking team, consisting of twenty passionate staff members who are very welcoming and supportive of new colleagues.  English based subjects are popular at sixth form with language, literature, language and literature and Film and Media offered at KS5.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
