Location: Salisbury
A forward-thinking secondary school in Bournemouth is seeking a dynamic and creative Teacher of English to join its vibrant English department from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to inspire a love of reading, writing, and communication across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The successful candidate will:

Teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4
-
Plan and deliver engaging, challenging lessons that stretch all learners
-
Bring texts to life – from Shakespeare to modern novels – with enthusiasm and energy
-
Foster high standards of literacy and a love for reading in all students
-
Contribute to the continued success of a high-performing and supportive department

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
