English teacher required for a temporary post in Rochdale starting after Easter.
Due to a retirement within their English department, this 11-16 mixed comprehensive secondary school located in Rochdale, require a fully qualified English specialist from Easter through till summer.
Any fully qualified secondary English teachers will benefit from:

The school is well funded by the pupil premium budget and utilised the funding with the addition of an AST in both English and Mathematics.
The successful English teacher applying for this role will be working alongside a department of 6 full time teachers, including the faculty leader who is also a member of senior leadership. Over 40% of pupils make 3 levels of expected progress throughout their education in school and you will be expected to play a significant part in the narrowing of the attainment gap for all pupils.
