Teaching Personnel is currently looking for inspiring and enthusiastic English teachers to work with a network of diverse and ambitious schools in Northampton. Whether your passion is Shakespeare or spoken word, we have the perfect classroom waiting for you.

Ideal candidates will be able to teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities for A-Level teaching available. We’re welcoming applications from ECTs, experienced teachers, or those returning to teaching. Our partner schools are looking for individuals who are creative, reflective, and skilled in developing literacy and critical thinking.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
