Teaching Personnel is proud to partner with a specialist provision located in Hertford, Hertfordshire that is seeking a full-time English and Science Teacher on a long-term, temp-to-perm basis.
Key Details:
- Full-time position on a long-term basis with potential for temp-to-perm conversion
- Competitive daily rate of £110-£180, dependent on experience
- Prior experience teaching in a secondary SEMH/PRU is preferred
- Small class sizes of 4 students, all of whom have struggled in mainstream education due to mental health challenges
- Lesson planning is required for this role
- Working hours are 8:00am – 16:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Pupils have an EHC Plan and additional SEMH needs, including challenging behaviours, ASC, and ADHD
- Start date: October 2024
- Applicants must have or be able to apply for a DBS and enrol in the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
