English Teacher- Dorchester

Contract: Full-time

Salary ranges from: £31,650 to £51,048

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable English Teacher to join a reputable mainstream secondary school in Dorchester. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons across the English curriculum, showcasing strong subject expertise and a commitment to raising student achievement.

• A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, Or equivalent).
• Strong organisational skills and classroom management skills.
• A strong field knowledge and experience teaching English.
• The ability to build rapport and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability within the classroom, tailoring the education to each student’s needs.
