Position: English Teacher (KS3–KS5)
Location: Croydon, London
Start Date: September 2024 (or sooner)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent (Part-time considered for the right candidate)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience (MPS/UPS)

Teaching Personnel is looking for an inspiring and dedicated English Teacher to join our fantastic secondary school team in Croydon. This is a brilliant opportunity to ignite a love for literature and language in students while working in a collaborative and forward-thinking school.

The Role:

  • Deliver dynamic and engaging English lessons across KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5.

  • Foster a passion for reading, writing, and critical thinking.

  • Support students in achieving their best in GCSE and A-Level English.

  • Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental innovation.

  • Track student progress and provide tailored feedback.

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
✅ Strong knowledge of English Literature and Language.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
