Are you an enthusiastic English Teacher looking for a fresh start in a rewarding environment? A fantastic opportunity has become available for a full-time English Teacher to join a dedicated specialist school in Blandford Forum, starting in September 2025. This role involves supporting pupils aged 5 to 16 who have a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Role Responsibilities
The position requires delivering engaging and accessible English lessons in line with individual learning needs, helping to build confidence and promote a love of language and literacy.

  • Full-time hours: 8.45am to 3.45pm, Monday to Friday

  • Plan and deliver English lessons across Key Stages 1 to 4

  • Support students with a variety of SEN, including social, emotional and learning needs

  • Collaborate closely with other staff and support workers

  • Maintain a calm, structured, and positive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
