Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging English lessons (KS3-KS5) during short-term cover assignments.

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.

  • Potentially transition into long-term or permanent roles for the right candidates.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECTs welcome).

  • Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach English Literature/Language.

  • Flexibility to work on short notice and across different schools.

  • Proactive attitude and commitment to safeguarding students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
