Teaching Personnel are currently working with secondary schools across Salford to recruit English graduates who are interested in gaining invaluable school based experience prior to completing a PGCE/teacher training programme.

• Full-time and part-time English graduates required, Salford based secondary schools.
• Immediate start dates available, each post will be offered on a temporary basis for the remainder of this academic year, and further opportunities next academic year.
• Ideal opportunity for those looking to gain further experience prior to beginning/applying for a teacher training course.
• Earn between £1000 - £1200 per month whilst gaining invaluable experience.

English graduate teaching assistant job responsibilities;

As an English graduate teaching assistant you will have the opportunity to influence the learning and development of pupils aged 11-16. The successful applicants will hold the following responsibilities;

• Support pupils who struggle to engage within English lessons and require additional support within their studies.
• Provide KS3 and GCSE English tuition sessions.
• Lead small classes and deliver pre set revision resources.
• Track and monitor the progress made by pupils within sessions and feedback to senior management.

With our client schools located in Salford, the majority of the schools are commutable via the East Lancashire road for those with their own transport. Via public transport the majority of schools are easily accessible from the surrounding areas; Bolton, Wigan and Trafford.
