• Supervising English lessons when teachers are absent, ensuring students complete pre-set tasks.
• Managing classroom behaviour, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

• Working with the English department to ensure lesson continuity and student progress.
• Encouraging a love of literature, language, and communication in the classroom.

Ideal Candidate:

• A recent graduate with a degree in English Literature, English Language, or a related field.

• Confident in managing classrooms and maintaining behaviour standards.
• Passion for English and a desire to make a positive impact in students' education.
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
