The Role:

• Deliver inspiring English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Plan and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Contribute to a creative and collaborative English department

• Receive full ECT support, including mentoring and CPD

• Foster a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking in every pupil

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or completing training this year

• Specialism in English (literature, language, or both)

• Strong classroom presence and excellent communication skills

• Passionate about engaging students and raising attainment

• Eager to develop professionally within a supportive environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
