Teaching Personnel are recruiting in Liverpool for an immediate or January start. We are looking for ambitious and dedicated individuals.
Due to continued growth and a successful year (2017/18), we have a vacancy for a Recruitment Consultant on a full time permanent basis. The successful applicant will be joining a team of talented Recruitment Consultants and a supportive Manager; the role will be working specifically with secondary schools and servicing their supply needs. The Liverpool branch is situated in Exchange Flags, next to Dale Street and Liverpool town hall in modern recently refurbished offices.
The life of a Recruitment Consultant in Education involves a variety of responsibilities and each day offers something different. You will make planned sales calls, target schools in your chosen geographical patch & sector (secondary schools) offering our unrivalled service and quality candidates for temporary and permanent positions. Also as a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible to build and develop your own candidate database (teachers and support staff) in order to successfully service your given client schools. You will ideally have previous sales experience or knowledge of the education sector, however this is not essential, to be successful as a Recruitment Consultant you need to be a good communicator and extremely organised. Working in education recruitment requires you to take a detailed job specification accurately, advertise on behalf of your client, recruit suitable candidates and make the placement a smooth success.
Teaching Personnel review performance regularly and you will qualify for promotions 4 times per year (quarterly), we have a specific career path for Recruitment Consultants to progress and become Branch Managers, our business is organic and almost all management started their career at Teaching Personnel as a Trainee or Education consultant.
