Early Career Teachers – September 2025 Start
Primary Opportunities across the North East
Teaching Personnel is currently working in partnership with a number of primary schools across the North East who are seeking Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to begin work in September. We are holding interviews throughout August and are keen to speak with newly qualified teachers looking to begin or complete their induction year.
We are recruiting for a range of positions in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, with opportunities for both short-term supply work and long-term placements. These roles are ideal for ECTs looking to build classroom experience, develop confidence and secure a supportive role in a school setting.
We are looking for ECTs who are:

Confident in managing classroom behaviour and delivering engaging lessons

Reliable, professional, and adaptable

Committed to supporting pupils' learning and development

Ready to begin their teaching career in a school setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
