Location: BS39, Bristol
Start Date: ASAP
Days: 2 days per week (with the possibility of additional days)
Pay: £90–£105 per day (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for Early Years?
A warm and welcoming primary school in the BS39 area of Bristol is looking for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support in Reception (EYFS). The role is initially for 2 days a week, but there may be opportunities for further work as the term progresses.

This is a fantastic chance to join a supportive school team and make a real difference in a child’s early development.

 

The Role

  • Provide 1:1 support for a pupil in Reception (EYFS)

  • Work alongside the class teacher to deliver tailored support and engaging activities

  • Support the child’s social, emotional, and academic development

  • Promote independence and positive behaviour in a nurturing environment

  • Assist with classroom routines, preparation, and early years activities

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Early Years (EYFS)

  • 1:1 support experience with young children (essential)

  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff and parents

  • A passion for helping children thrive in their early education
