The school employ a play based learning curriculum in their Early Years centre, and need members of staff with experience of this apporach who are confident in allowing the children freedom in their learning, and are responsible in a setting such as this. The school prides itself on their Early Years learning programme, so this is a great opportunity for anyone looking to put their speciality to use in a great learning environment. The chosen candidate will be someone who has a history of experience in this area and has practical experience of play-based learning, as well as a confident and assured presence.
