Early Years Teaching Assistant
Are you looking to support the next cohort of Early Years pupils as they make the transition to school life? We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools, to help their youngest learners thrive.
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting children as they settle into the Early Years environment
- Assisting with learning activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and confidence
- Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom
- Working closely with the class teacher and wider team to support each child’s development
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with Early Years children (nursery or reception age)
- A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Early Years or Childcare)
- A nurturing, patient, and positive approach
- A genuine passion for early childhood education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
