This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting children's early learning and development during one of the most important stages of their education. Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging Early Years activities
- Provide individual and small group support – including pupils with SEND
- Assist with daily routines, personal care, and emotional wellbeing
- Promote positive behaviour and help maintain a nurturing environment
- Prepare and organise resources to support learning through play
- Occasionally step in to cover sessions under teacher guidance
Requirements:
- Experience working in Early Years or primary education
- Confident with the EYFS framework and developmental milestones
- Comfortable supporting children with personal care needs
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- A team player who’s flexible and happy to get stuck in
- Committed to creating an inclusive, supportive classroom for every child
