Rate of Pay: From £125 to £232.56 per day

About the role:

At Teaching Personnel, we are delighted to share that we are currently supporting an inclusive and friendly primary school in Rainhill who are looking to welcome a new early year’s teacher to their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone eager to take on a new challenge and passionate about making a meaningful difference in children’s educational journeys.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and deliver appropriate and engaging lessons to class of Nursery or Reception pupils in line with the school and National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive, welcoming, and nurturing classroom environment that supports the personal growth of every pupil.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and constructive feedback to colleagues to promote ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong, effective relationships by liaising confidently with parents and external agencies.
  • Monitor and assess pupils’ progress regularly, identify areas for development, and implement targeted strategies to help them achieve their goals.

What we would want from you:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
  • Experience teaching EYFS classes.
  • Effective communication and time-management skills.
  • Clear and good understanding of safeguarding.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
