We're on the lookout for a nurturing, creative, and motivated Early Years / Reception Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Gillingham. Whether you're freshly qualified or building your experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills, gain confidence, and make a lasting impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent (ECTs warmly welcomed!)
  • Experience in a primary setting – Early Years experience is a huge plus!
  • Solid understanding of the EYFS framework
  • A passion for playful, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences
  • Confidence in classroom management
  • Commitment to creating a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment
  • Ability to plan lessons that cater to a range of learning needs

All pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
