Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

£12.85 - £13.50 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of children in the early years setting
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment that facilitates learning and development
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress and share with parents and caregivers
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate activities
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the setting
Required Qualifications:
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent
- Valid DBS check
- First Aid certification
Education:
Minimum of Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience working in an early years setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong observational and assessment skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level 2 Safeguarding qualification
- SEN training
Working Conditions:
- Work in an early years setting with young children
- Full-time hours, temporary position
- Possibility of working evenings and weekends

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
