Level 2 Early Years Educator – Primary School (Buckinghamshire)

Location: Buckinghamshire
Position: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)
Start Date: ASAP or after half-term
Salary: £85–£100 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

We’re working with a lovely primary school in Buckinghamshire that is looking to welcome an Early Years professional to their nurturing and experienced EYFS team.

About the Role:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework

  • Working alongside the class teacher and EYFS lead to promote development in all key learning areas

  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

  • Monitoring and recording children’s progress, behaviour, and well-being


Requirements:

  • Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent)

  • Recent experience in an early years or nursery setting (school or private sector)

  • A warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children

  • Good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development

  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
