Full Time (Term-Time Only)
Until December 2025 – extension review in January
£90 – £100 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

A friendly and nurturing primary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a passionate Early Years Learning Champion to join their team full-time. The role starts ASAP and will run until 19th December 2025, with the potential to extend into the new year or even develop into a permanent role.
If you love creating exciting learning experiences, encouraging curiosity, and supporting children’s early development, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real difference!
Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on support in Early Years classrooms
• Lead small group activities and 1:1 learning sessions
• Help prepare fun and engaging resources for lessons
• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic growth
• Encourage positive behaviour and foster confidence in young learners
• Work closely with teachers to ensure every child thrives
Requirements:
• Experience working with children in Early Years or primary settings
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and a love for supporting young learners
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and supporting children’s development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
