A warm and engaging teaching assistant can offer the guidance needed to help them move forward.
If you have experienced SEN outside of a school, perhaps with family members, in a care or foster setting, we would love to hear from you. While you may think that you do not have the right experience to work in education, we feel we can help to upskill you and push your further in your career.
The school are looking for teaching assistants / SEN assistants or those with youth work experience who are:
- Open to working in schools with young children across Early Years, KS1 and KS2 education.
- Ability to build relationships with children, incredibly important with children who have learning difficulties, allowing them to trust you and willingness to develop.
- Passionate about working with children with various needs, SEN experience desired.
- A patient and warm personality, eager to develop and progress those early in their education.
What is on offer?
