The school are looking for teaching assistants / SEN assistants or those with youth work experience who are:
- Open to working in schools with young children across Early Years, KS1 and KS2 education.
- Ability to build relationships with children, incredibly important with children who have learning difficulties, allowing them to trust you and willingness to develop.
- Passionate about working with children with various needs, SEN experience desired.
- A patient and warm personality, eager to develop and progress those early in their education.
