Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and teaching methodologies.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the student experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area (PGCE, QTS desirable).
• Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to make a difference in students' lives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and innovate in response to the evolving needs of students and the educational landscape.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
