Early Careers Teacher Needed for Maternity Cover – hARTLEPOOL

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Early Careers Teacher looking for a rewarding temporary role? Teaching Personnel is working with a supportive school in Hartlepool seeking one Early Careers Teacher for maternity cover during the upcoming academic year.

Location: Hartlepool 
Start Date: September
Position: Early Careers Teacher – Maternity Cover (1 Vacancy)

Pay: Competitive daily rates

About the Role:
• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
• Plan and assess learning to support pupils’ progress and development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and effective learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour with empathy and consistency
• Support your professional development as an Early Careers Teacher

Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent or current Early Careers Teacher experience preferred
• Passion for teaching and supporting children’s learning
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well within a team and independently

This is a temporary maternity cover position with potential for extension or future opportunities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
