The Role

As an Early Career Teacher working with Teaching Personnel, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Build confidence in classroom and behaviour management
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
• Work closely with experienced teachers and school leadership
• Gain valuable experience across different environments
• Follow safeguarding and school policies

Essential Requirements

You must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (if you are still in training, you can still apply)
• Placement experience teaching in Primary settings
• A positive, enthusiastic, and resilient approach
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• The legal right to work in the UK
