The Role:
As an Early Career Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our students. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth
- Engage parents and caregivers in their child's education through regular communication and involvement in school activities
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing Initial Teacher Training (ITT)
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to engage in continuous professional development
