Teaching personnel are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and driven DT teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Thornbury. They pride themselves on offering high quality education and a learning environment that develops confidence, independence and respect. The school has a successful SEN department that offers support for children with Special Educational Needs and allows them to thrive with a range of opportunities that they offer in and outside the classroom. Your focus as a DT Teacher will be to teach at key stages 3 & 4 following the schools broad and balanced curriculum.

About you……

• QTS
• Passion for your subject
• Flexibility and a willingness to teach across disciplines within the faculty
• Enthuse and inspire students across all key stages
• Good knowledge of the DT curriculum
• Experience teaching Design and Technology to secondary school students
