DT Teacher

A welcoming secondary school in Plymouth require a DT Food specialist to teach key stage 3 and GCSE students on a part time basis – 4 days a week. The timetable will slightly differ over the 2 week timetable and there will be allocated PPA time.

The role:

• To start in September 2023 - there could be a possibility for a permanent position for the right educator
• Pay to scale 
• Planning, preparation, parent evening etc - the full role
• Tutor group
• To cover a MAT leave
• Supportive school and welcoming department 
• *profiles are being sent across to the school in the next 2 weeks

For your vetting to be complete, we require:

-Two references to be obtained from your most recent and relevant roles within the past 6 years

-A child only DBS to be applied for and returned – we can help you apply

-A Face to Face interview with the consultant you’ve been dealing with

-We also require 3 forms of ID and a Proof of Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
