Escort and supervise children safely in your own vehicle to and from outreach provisions (mileage allowance provided).

-
Support the emotional, behavioural, and academic development of pupils in a nurturing, patient manner.
-
Accurately record session outcomes and provide feedback to the wider SEN team.
Requirements:
-
Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, etc.)
-
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle suitable for transporting children (business insurance may be required).
-
A calm, resilient, and flexible approach to working with young people.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one).
-
Relevant qualification or training in SEN support is desirable but not essential.
Benefits:
-
Daily rate of £88 to £95, depending on experience.
-
Regular, consistent hours during school term-time.
-
Mileage reimbursement for use of your own car.
-
Ongoing training and professional development.
-
Supportive outreach team environment with regular supervision.
