Job description

Supply Teaching Assistants – Flexible Work Available

We are currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary and secondary schools across the local area.

This is a flexible opportunity, ideal for those looking for work that fits around their schedule, whether that’s 1 day a week or full-time hours. You’ll be able to manage your availability using our online availability calendar, giving you full control over when you work.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom on a day-to-day or long-term basis
  • Working with small groups or 1:1 support
  • Assisting teachers with learning activities and behaviour support
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Flexible placements across a variety of school settings

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
  • SEN experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Positive, adaptable and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliability and a passion for supporting education

Whether you’re an experienced TA or looking to get back into school-based work, this is a great opportunity to gain experience and choose the days that suit you.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
